DIRECTOR OF CONTEMPORARY MUSIC

We are thrilled to welcome Rontray Miller II to Mountain Park UMC, where he will serve as the Director of Contemporary Music. He comes to us from Cumming First UMC, where he served as director of both the contemporary and traditional services.

Rontray is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting. He has experience conducting various choral groups including the prestigious Georgia State University Singers, for which he also has been a featured soloist.

Rontray is a private voice instructor, and has served as a staff singer in several church choirs. He sings in the Kinnara ensemble, one of the nation’s premier professional chamber singing groups, and has performed in many vocal styles from musical theatre to opera. Rontray also serves as the director of the Stone Mountain Chorus.
