Chancel choir

The Mountain Park Chancel Choir is a mixed ensemble for adults, college-age and above. All voice types and experience levels are welcome. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7:00pm and the choir sings in the traditional worship service at 11:00am every Sunday, along with special services throughout the year. The repertoire includes a wide breadth of genres and eras, with a special focus on historically excluded composers as well as student composers from local universities.

Festival Chorus

The Mountain Park Festival Chorus is a special ensemble that convenes twice a year for our Christmas and Spring concerts. Including all members of the Chancel Choir, additional singers from both the church and the community at large are welcome to join us for a limited run of rehearsals ahead of each performance. The Festival Chorus features guest artists and is accompanied by orchestra.

Handbell Choir

The Handbell Choir at Mountain Park features a 5-octave set of Schulmerich handbells along with a 4-octave set of hand chimes. The bells rehearse every Sunday from 3:00pm–4:30pm and participate periodically in Sunday morning worship services, as well as in concerts. Our diverse group enjoys ringing together. All ages and levels of experience are welcome to join us, even if you’ve never played before! The Handbell Choir is directed by Kary Alicea.

Our Organ

The organ at Mountain Park is a beautiful 4-manual instrument built by Allen Organs in 2003. It features 79 stops with nigh infinite combinations, and for the last twenty years, has been an integral part of the traditional worship experience at Mountain Park.

Mountain Park Concert Series

Mountain Park features several concerts throughout the year. The principal events of the series are the annual Christmas and Spring Concerts. These benefit concerts feature the Festival Chorus and guest artists from throughout the Atlanta area.
