Our Family Ministries are designed to create a space where parents, children, and youth can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and serve together as the body of Christ.

YEARLY FAMILY EVENTS

KIDS’ ZONE AT THE FALL FESTIVAL - SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3rd, 2026

At our annual Fall Festival, we offer a Kids’ Zone from 10:00am-1:00pm that includes games, and other fun activities for preschool and elementary-aged kids.

TRUNK OR TREAT - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25th, 2026

Bring your family from 5:00-6:30pm in their best costumes to our annual Trunk or Treat! Your kids can expect to see some wonderfully decorated trunks, play games, and, of course get lots of candy!

SWEETS WITH SANTA - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 12th, 2026

Join MPUMC Family Ministries and MPUMC Preschool for an afternoon full of Christmas crafts, music, and entertainment!

COMMUNITY CAROLING - 1st OR 2nd SUNDAY of DECEMBER 2026

Join us for a quick dinner and a jolly caravan around Lilburn to spread some Christmas cheer!

FAMILY CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE - THURSDAY, DECEMBER 24th, 2026

Our Family Christmas Eve service is planned and designed especially for families with children, and will feature an interactive element for kids, youth, and families!

EASTER EGG HUNT - MARCH 2027

We have egg hunts and crafts for preschool and elementary-aged kids at our Easter Egg Hunt each year. Join us for springtime fun and to celebrate the Easter season!

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - JUNE 2027

Join us for a week-long day camp adventure as we delve into daily Bible stories, music, crafts, games, and so much more!

BACK TO SCHOOL SUNDAY - 1st SUNDAY in AUGUST

Families are invited to join us for food, and games after church on the Sunday before school starts to celebrate the end of summer! We’ll have a variety of activities for kids, teens, and parents to enjoy.

CAMPUS DIRECTIONS:

Preschool Hallway (Birth-PreK): A bright, safe, and fun space for our littlest disciples!
From the Front Office: Walk past the desk, to your right, take the stairs to your left down, walk around to your right to go up the ramp, then take a left and walk all the way down to the double doors to Preschool.

From the Family Life Center: Follow the covered walkway all the way through the glass double doors, then through the double doors to the Preschool doors on your left.

From the Sanctuary: Walk up the ramp, then take a left and walk all the way down to the double doors.

The Park (K-5th Grade): Our indoor Park-themed children’s space!
From the Front Office: Walk past the desk, to your left, and take the hallway down to the double doors.

From the Family Life Center: Follow the covered walkway all the way through the glass double doors, then take a right, walk down the hallway to the ramp on your right, walk down the ramp then up the stairs, take a right into the front office and keep walking straight to the double doors.

From the Sanctuary: Walk up the stairs, take a right into the front office and keep walking straight to the double doors.

Youth Room (6th-12th Grade): Our awesome room for all things middle and high school ministry!

From the Front Office: Turn immediately right and through the first door on the right in the hallway.

From the Family Life Center: Follow the covered walkway all the way through the glass double doors, then take a right, walk down the hallway to the ramp on your right, walk down the ramp then up the stairs, take a right into the front office, then a left past the desk, then another left into the hallway and through the first door to the right.

From the Sanctuary: Walk up the stairs, take a right into the front office, then a left past the desk, then another left into the hallway and through the first door to the right.

From the Upper Parking Lot: The double doors underneath the portico lead straight into the youth room!
