Our Family Ministries are designed to create a space where parents, children, and youth can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and serve together as the body of Christ.

This summer, we’re hitting the road with Road Trip VBS—an exciting journey filled with faith, fun, and fellowship! Each day, kids will stop at a new destination where they’ll explore Bible stories, play high-energy games, enjoy tasty treats, sing awesome songs, and make crafts that remind them of God’s love.

From scenic stops to surprise detours, every moment will be packed with adventure and purpose as we learn to trust God on life’s journey.

BACK TO SCHOOL BASH

SUNDAY, AUGUST 3rd 2025, 12PM-2PM

Families are invited to join us for food, and games after church on the Sunday before school starts to celebrate the end of summer! We’ll have a variety of activities for kids, teens, and parents to enjoy.

KIDS’ ZONE AT THE FALL FESTIVAL

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4th, 10AM-2PM ON THE LAWN

At our annual Fall Festival, we offer a Kids’ Zone from 10AM-2PM that includes booths, games, and other fun activities for preschool and elementary-aged kids.

TRUNK OR TREAT

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26th, 5-6:30PM IN THE PARKING LOT

Bring your family in their best costumes to our annual Trunk or Treat! Your kids can expect to see some wonderfully decorated trunks, play games, and, of course get lots of candy!

SWEETS WITH SANTA

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13th, 2-4PM IN THE FAMILY LIFE CENTER

Join MPUMC Family Ministries and MPUMC Preschool for a morning full of Christmas crafts, music, and entertainment!

FAMILY CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 24th, 5PM IN THE SANCTUARY

Our 5PM Christmas Eve service is planned and designed especially for families with children, and will feature some of our very own kids and youth! We will have a kid-friendly telling of the Christmas-story and sing by candlelight.
