One Unified Service in FLC & America's 250th Birthday Celebration!
Join us for a special Unified Worship Service as we celebrate the 250th Birthday of America!
Come dressed in your favorite old-timey attire: Colonial, pioneer, Victorian, Roaring Twenties, or any historic American style. Costumes are encouraged but not required!
Following worship, we'll gather for a festive meal featuring traditional American dishes from different regions of our country. Whether it's Southern fried chicken, New England clam chowder, Texas barbecue, Chicago deep-dish pizza, Cajun jambalaya, Appalachian cornbread, or your favorite family recipe, we'd love for you to bring a dish to share.
Please label your dish with:
The name of the dish
The state or region it represents
Any important dietary information (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.)
Let's celebrate the history, cultures, and flavors that make up America while giving thanks for God's blessings over our nation and our community.
Come hungry, come festive, and come ready for a wonderful time of worship, fellowship, and celebration!
