Did you know Easter is more than just one day? Easter is a life-style. We are called to be an “Easter people” - a people of Resurrection. This gift of Resurrection doesn’t last a day…it lasts for eternity. It’s able to help us overcome anything - to be unshakable and stand firm in our faith throughout the storms of life.

This week, Pastor Ellynda discusses how God helps us overcome the unexpected with our unshakable faith in Jesus.

Most people are are familiar with the Easter season. There are egg hunts, lots of pastel colors, chocolate bunnies, and more! But behind all of those fun traditions is an incredible story of a man named Jesus, who suffered, died, and, three days later, rose to life so that we could experience freedom, joy, and an abundant life on this side of eternity. Easter is about Jesus giving you and me a brand new start - a new beginning! And it doesn’t matter who you are or where you’ve been, it’s God’s gift for you.

"Going the Distance"

Palm Sunday marks Jesus’ entry into the city of Jerusalem but it also marks his journey to the cross and, eventually, to the real triumph of the Resurrection. Jesus goes the distance to show us just how far-reaching God’s love really is and what God’s love can always overcome.
